As President/CEO for the past 19 of 33 years with Westmark Construction, Ward has provided leadership and direction of expanding the capacity of the company and in service.
Ward's commitment to developing long-term relationships with heightened standards of excellence and a positive team approach are evident in the longevity of its employees and relationships with architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. As President of Westmark, Ward is responsible for monitoring project management, cultivating outside key relationships, negotiating contracts and selective marketing.
Tom Frank, Vice President/Project Manager
A 19 year veteran with Westmark, Tom has been directly responsible for over $20 million in bank renovation construction projects including ground up to routine maintenance in Washington and Oregon.
Experienced in both public and private works, Tom excels at developing proactive schedules and is committed to achieving high quality results on time and on budget. Tom has a BAS in Construction Management from Central Washington University.
Rosemary Gredler, Vice President Finance & Operations
Rosemary has over 20 years experience in finance, accounting and operations across a broad spectrum of industries from construction, healthcare, and banking, to working at MRM Worldwide, a large marketing firm in Seattle, WA, prior to coming on board with Westmark in 2007.
She is an expert in organizational communication and structure, accounting system design and implementation, and skilled in all aspects of construction at the management level. Rosemary has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound. She is a CFMA (South Sound Chapter) board member.
